A Nice Stay in Derby
I was eager to visit the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, as I have a keen interest in local art and history. To facilitate this, I chose the Flowerpot for its convenient location. To my pleasant surprise, I found the free WiFi throughout the hotel to be reliable.
Limited check-in hours.

Enjoyed our comfortable stay here, would stay there again. Everything was fairly clean and great. The rooms were spotless and airy with a good view, fruit, comfortable bed, that's all we needed. The staff was professional and amiable and the host too. The location was easy - adjacent to restaurants, and the centre of town.

pleasant stay but check-in could improve
The staff, despite being rushed during my late arrival, made an effort to assist promptly. I was impressed by how clean my Comfort Single Room was, reflecting high maintenance standards.
The check-in process felt chaotic at the bar.

Our room was newly decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a cozy bed and a lovely little kitchenette with cereals and pastries. Plus, the location couldn't be better if you're catching a show, just a stone's throw from the venue - a perfect night out!

The self-service breakfast was a nice surprise, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed catching a live gig at the venue. Plus, the surrounding area had plenty of cool shops and bars to check out.
The outdoor entertainment area was a bit of letdown when the performers took a break, leaving us bored for a while. It could use more continuous activity to keep guests engaged.
